SELECT AND STANDING LISTS OF TENDERS
Applications are invited from suitably experienced contractors for
inclusion in the below listed Select and Standing Lists of Tenders.
Applications will only be considered from limited liability companies or
others holding valid exemption certificates within the meaning of S69-70
Finance (No 2) Acts 1975.
It is Plymouth City Council's intention, to partner at a later date, using
these contracts, subject to agreement.

Responsive Day to Day Repairs From £250,000 to £1M
Heating Replacement and Installations From £200,000 to £600,000
Concrete Remedial Works From £100,000 to £500,000
Kitchen Replacements From £75,000 to £200,000
Bathroom Refurbishments From £75,000 to £200,000
Minor Building Works From £25,000 to £75,000
Roof Replacement Works From £100,000 to £500,000
Service and Repair of Domestic Gas Appliances From £200,000 to £600,000
