Stevenage town centre revamp shortlist out
Stevenage Borough Council and English Partnerships have shortlisted Henry Boot Developments, Morley Fund Management, Wilson Bowden and ING Real Estate/Stanhope to pitch for the £80m regeneration of its town centre.

Ballast appointed contractor for Brighton
Ballast's southern construction arm has been appointed as sole contractor for Brighton and Hove City Council. The council and Ballast have entered into a five-year alliance for new build, extensions and refurbishment of educational buildings.
