TERM TENDERS - APRIL 2004-2006
* Domestic Electrical Rewire & Heating Installations
* Commercial Electrical Installations
Applications are invited from established contractors with at
least 2 years trading experience to carry out any of the above
work types.
Work will mainly be carried out to Council owned properties
including domestic tenanted properties, the latter work issued
on a Schedule of Rate basis. Contractors on the approved list

will be invited to tender a percentage adjustment to the
appropriate Schedule of Unit Rates. Tenders are expected to be
invited in January 2004. Contractors on the approved list will
also be eligible to be considered for similar type work
controlled by Central Support Services. Such work will mainly
be undertaken by quotation or tender. Electrical contractors
will be required to be NICEIC approved.

STANDING LISTS - 2004-2006
* Landscaping
* Tree Services
Applications are also invited from established contractors with
at least 2 years trading experience to carry out the above work
types. Successful contractors will be placed on standing lists
and will be requested to quote / tender for work as required.

address of company, quoting reference CJ54 must be received
