Walter Lilly wins £7.5m residential contracts

Walter Lilly, part of YJL, has won two private residential contracts worth more than £7.5m.

Trustees acting for a private client have awarded a £4.7m contract to refurbish and extend a 1,400m2 house in Hampstead, London. The works include the creation of a two-storey, 44m2 extension consisting of a suspended ground floor and a basement containing a swimming pool.

Lilly has also been appointed to carry out the second phase of a £2.8m project at a Regency townhouse in Chester Square. Lilly is currently carrying out the first phase; the second phase will involve internal fittings and decorations.
