Montpellier construction ce resigns from board

Montpellier Group has confirmed today (Friday) that Roger Feast, chief executive of its construction division, has resigned from the board with immediate effect.

The move allows Feast to pursue the acquisition from Montpellier of four of its smaller non-core construction businesses.

Montpellier added that John Gaffney and Philip Underwood, managing directors of two of Montpellier's construction businesses, Bullock Construction Ltd and VHE Construction PLC, have been appointed to the board.
