Inspace Interiors wins £8m fit-out contract

Inspace Interiors, Willmott Dixon's interior fit-out specialist, has been awarded an £8m contract by the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) to carry out a major part of the second phase of its Job Centre interior refurbishment programme.

The work, which involves re-fitting 10 Job Centres across eastern England over the next nine months, follows the successful completion of 37 Job Centres under phase one earlier this year.

This brings the value of interior fit-out projects secured by Inspace Interiors in the past few months to £12m.

Karim Khan, managing director of Inspace Interiors, said: "The market has been very tight recently, so to win a significant number of high quality fit-out and refurbishment work is a major achievement for my team and reward for the quality of work we deliver.

"I am especially pleased that we have won so much work from repeat business clients such as the DWP and Nortel Networks."
