Applications are invited from suitably experienced Contractors who wish to
be considered for inclusion on the select list to tender for the following
work:
Office and Community Space for Blacon Neighbourhood Management pathfinder
at Plas Dinas Tower Block, Blacon, Chester.
The scheme comprises demolition of internal ground floor store rooms and
construction of internal walls, internal and external doors, windows,
internal finishings and fittings, mechanical and electrical installations
and drainage work.
Gross Floor Area approx. 240 sq m.
Approx value of work £150,000.
Contracts not exceeding £100,000
a) General building work
b) General civil engineering work
c) Demolition work
