Dieci will announce a number of modifications to its telehandler
range as well as launching three new models and a boom attachment
at this month's SAIE exhibition in Bologna, Italy.
Deutz diesel engines will replace Iveco engines across Dieci's
entire telehandler range and the company is also launching a new
optional cab. With a rounded design, the cab incorporates two
joysticks instead of one, allowing the operator five simultaneous
machine movements.
Three new telehandlers will make their debut at SAIE, with official
launches to be held over the coming months. The smallest new model
is the 26.6 Dedalus, the company's most compact model, which
features a 6m boom and a maximum 2.6t lifting capacity.
The other units featuring the new cab are the 30.9, which is
equipped with a new two-section 9m boom, and the 17m boom 40.17
machine.
Also new from Dieci is a boom attachment equipped with a
man-basket, designed for applications such as under-bridge
maintenance.
Dieci sales manager Nick Sheard said: "We believe that our planned
introduction of new models will guarantee our long-term ambition to
control 10% of the UK telehandler market."
