Design and Build New Office Accommodation
Coast & Country Housing are the largest Social Housing provider in the
Borough of Redcar and Cleveland with approximately 11,500 homes. They are
seeking expressions of interest from developers who can design and
construct a purpose built office for their headquarters at the existing
base in Domanstown, Redcar.
The new office will be a two storey brick building in the region of 25,000
sq ft and the successful developer will work with the company to design and
build the new office by April 2005. Following expressions of interest
shortlisting will take place and those developers shortlisted will be asked
to carry out a presentation on previous, similar schemes to a panel.
Developers must be prepared to submit to a two stage tender process,
initially pricing prelims and overheads.
All expressions of interest must be submitted in writing by 31st October
