Tenders for Building and Associated Works
Quarry Park, Shrewsbury
Tenders are to be invited for the refurbishment and alteration works to the
following buildings within the Quarry Park as part of the Quarry Heritage
Project.
1. Upper Quarry Public Conveniences
2. Lower Quarry Public Conveniences
3. Paddling Pool Changing Building
Tenders will be invited from building contractors in December 2003 for the
works under one contract with an approximate value of £150,000 with a
contract period February/March 2004 (eight weeks).
Contractors who are experienced in this type of work and have the requisite
labour to complete the works within the contract period, are invited to
apply to the Property Services Manager by 21st November 2003. Please
provide a current Banker's financial reference, together with a copy of
your Health and Safety Policy. A Bond will be required for the contract.
