Higgins win £6m new homes contract

Higgins Construction has won a £6m contract to develop 59 new homes in partnership with registered social landlord, Octavia Housing and Care in the London Borough of Westminster.

The three four-storey blocks of flats will be constructed in March 2004 in the St Johns Wood area for completion in August 2005.

The development takes place on the site of three existing blocks which are to be demolished. The demolition starts in December and will take approximately 18 weeks. The scheduled completion date for the construction works is  mid-June 2005.
