CHESTER CITY COUNCIL

Applications are invited from suitably experienced contractors who wish to be considered for inclusion on the select list to tender for the following work:

GROSVENOR PARK RETAINING WALL - CHESTER

The scheme comprises the excavation to the back of a failed Grade II Listed, 2m high sandstone retaining wall, the construction of an RC stem retaining wall to the rear, jacking of the sandstone wall back to vertical and making good, and replacement and landscaping of the excavated material.
Length of wall - 50m.
Approx. value of work £100,000.
