Expressions of Interest for Partnering for the Response Based Maintenance of Domestic Properties in Cambridgeshire.

Hereward Housing is seeking expressions of interest from organisations who are interested in becoming involved in delivering a response maintenance service to Hereward's customers through a partnering arrangement.

It is anticipated that the work will have an approximate value of £1,000,000 per annum, and the intention will be to establish an initial four year arrangement with an option to continue beyond.

Organisations expressing an interest will need to demonstrate a robust track record of providing high quality, responsive repairs to occupied domestic properties, excellent customer service and strong communication with residents, a commitment to addressing equality and diversity issues, open-book accounting, providing best value, achieving challenging key performance indicators, an understanding of the partnered culture and knowledge of Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (TUPE) regulations.

A shortlist of potential partners will be drawn up based on completed contractor profiles, by 27 February 2004. Successful parties will then be subject to further evaluation including a presentation and interview.
