Tyrolit to sell Hydrostress new range of floor saws
Hydrostress has launched an eight-model range of floor saws. The
range includes petrol, diesel and electric units and has cutting
depths from 80mm to 500mm.
The units will be sold through sister company Tyrolit and are a
result of a fact-finding mission to UK hire centres that advised on
design and specification.
Hydrostress product manager Marcel Hofstetter said the model most
likely to be of interest to
hirers is the HFS513, powered by a 10kW Honda air-cooled petrol
engine.
"The saw is unique for its size because the solid chassis allows
independent movement of the blade without tilting the engine," he
said.
Standard cutting depth is 150mm with a 450mm blade and optional
cutting depths of 125mm and 175mm can be achieved with 300mm and
500mm blades.
