Trio awaits £12m Barbican upgrade

Three firms are waiting in the wings for a £12m deal, known as the Foyer Project, to upgrade the Barbican Arts Centre in London.
The cast-list features Willmott Dixon, Geoffrey Osborne and Wallis, part of the Kier stable.
The job includes upgrading the entrances and public spaces and mechanical and electrical tasks. The scheme will be phased over three years.
