£100m PFI schools contract up for grabs

Leeds City Council is advertising a £100m PFI project to build five secondary schools and a primary school.

The work will involve demolition, site preparation and clearance work, construction work for pipelines, communication and power lines for highways, roads, airfields and railways.

Work on site must start by April 2005 and will involve phased completion in two phases, by August 2006 and August 2007.
