The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) has invited firms to tender for a £150m project to refurbish or replace a number of office buildings throughout the UK.
Sites include the headquarters buildings in Swansea, Wales and Coleraine in Northern Ireland along with a number of other local offices and facilities located throughout the UK.
The contract may include the purchase, leasing and management of some or all of the existing buildings, potentially on different bases, and some or all elements of servicing the accommodation.
Refurbishment of existing buildings or the construction of new ones to replace them will also be part of the PFI scheme.
The concession period will be for up to 30 years. Firms have until 10 February to respond to the OJEU notice.
