PARTNERING APPROACH FOR THE PROVISION OF HIGHWAY
RESURFACING SERVICES

Hartlepool Borough Council is seeking to develop a partnering
approach to the provision of
Highway Resurfacing Services with a reputable surfacing contractor.
The Council invites expressions of interest to participate in the
development and tendering
for the partnership arrangement. Anyone wishing to register an
interest is requested to do
so by 23rd January 2004, either by E-mail to
paul.mitchinson@hartlepool.gov.uk or in
writing to the address below. Those registering will be sent a questionnaire,
which must be completed and returned by 6th February 2004, from which
the Council will select a number of companies to bid for the partnership.

The award of the partnership will be based upon the outcome of a
price/quality analysis.
