Tenders are to be sent by registered or recorded delivery
post or delivered by hand. in exchange for a receipt, so as
to reach the undersigned at room 3.1.20. County Hall,
Oystermouth Road, Swansea SA1 3SN. No later than the
closing date indicated against the contracts.
The council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any
tender.
