Connaught has announced a 10-year regeneration partnership worth £100m with South Somerset Homes (SSH) for the supply of planned maintenance, central heating installation, gas servicing and capital works.
The deal extends Connaught's relationship with SSH, which started with an £800,000 pilot-partnering project in 2000.
Mark Tincknell chief executive of Connaught said this morning (Tuesday): "In three years we have grown a single project worth less than a million to a £100m relationship. This is a perfect example of the way Connaught works in true partnership with clients and demonstrates the value of being able to provide consistent, quality delivery."
Based in Yeovil, SSH is a not-for-profit organisation which
provides affordable rented accommodation. It has 8,800 homes that
were previously owned by the local authority.
