Genie launches TZ-50 trailer-mounted boom

Genie has launched a new trailer-mounted articulating boom, the TZ-50.
Providing a working height of 16.9m and a working outreach of 8.9m, the company claimed the unit offers an all-round solution for both large and small contractors.
The TZ-50 features a 200kg platform capacity throughout its entire working envelope. Said to be rugged and lightweight, the towable unit weighs 2,973kg.
According to Genie, the new machine features the company's automatic self-levelling system, which provides 10û of levelling capacity from the ground
controls.
This system allows the machine to be set up quickly and easily and it is able to self-level to within one degree in all directions.
A level sensor alarm is also fitted to alert the operator when the machine is not level.
