Construction company McNicholas has won a £5.1m contract to
build a large warehouse and office complex on the site of a former
ironstone quarry in Northamptonshire.
The new facility at Corby will be an important UK distribution hub
for a major international retailer.
The contract, awarded by Rosemound Developments, will result in the construction of a warehouse, offices and 20 loading bays to serve the warehouse. McNicholas Plc will also build the associated road link to the nearby A43.
The building is scheduled for completion in July.
