Refurbishment of offices on a phased basis and ancillary works

Applicants are invited from suitably experienced and competent
contractors who wish to be considered to tender for the above works.
The works comprise the complete refurbishment of offices on a floor
by floor basis (five floors, approximately 3,600 sq m), including
windows, partitions, wall linings, ceilings, finishes, fittings and
services. The building is to remain operational on a floor by floor
basis during the refurbishment. Ancillary works include the
conversion of a stores building to office space within a depot
location remote from the above offices. A track record in working to

a phased programme, liaising with the Client's representatives and
maintaining all facilities is required. The provisional start on site
date is June 2004.
