Moss Construction, part of the Kier Group, has been awarded two projects totalling £20.4m at Oxford Business Park.
Awarded by Arlington Business Parks (GP), the first project comprises the design and build of a three-storey headquarter development which when complete will be occupied by international famine relief charity, Oxfam. The £15.3m contract also includes fitting out work, external works and drainage.
The second project, worth £5.1m, comprises the design and build of a three-storey office unit at the park including external works. Work is scheduled for completion in January 2005.
Moss has a long standing association at Oxford Business Park having worked on 24 projects at the park since it opened in September 1993.
For both projects the architect is Frank Shaw Associates, Jacobs
the engineer and WT Partnership the quantity surveyor.
