Director banned from company management for five years

A director of an electrical contracting business that failed with total debts estimated of nearly £150,000 will not hold directorships or take any part in company management for five years.

Robert Fletcher, 63 of Shirley, Solihull, gave the undertaking in respect of his conduct as a director of Shipway Contracts (Solihull) Ltd, which carried out business from premises at Holly Farm Business Park, Honiley, Kenilworth.
