Willmott Dixon and BRE join forces


Willmott Dixon's construction division has entered a strategic relationship with the Building Research Establishment (BRE) that gives full access to BRE's expertise across the entire business.

The partnership provides Willmott Dixon Construction with:

  • a dedicated intranet providing technical advice for day-to-day project issues;
  • access to BRE's latest research and development (R&D) into new products;
  • a national framework agreement for air tightness testing on all completed buildings; 
  • an account manager to facilitate quick access across the company to relevant expertise within BRE;
  • electronic system for invoicing fees and day-to-day communication.

John Frankiewicz chief operating officer of Willmott Dixon Construction said: "This link-up provides unrivalled access for us and our clients to BRE's R&D skills.
