Kier wins £12m housing project

Kier London, part of the Kier Group, has been awarded a £12m project by Newlon Housing Trust to build key worker accommodation in north London.

The project in Hornsey Street comprises the design and construction of an eight-storey development with commercial units on the ground floor and residential shared accommodation on the remaining floors.

Accommodation will be a mixture of three and two-bedroomed flats with shared kitchen, dining and bathroom.

The development in scheduled for completion in October 2005.
