McAleer to build hotel in Nottingham

Northern Ireland contractor McAleer & Rushe has negotiated a £19.5m deal for a mixed development in Nottingham.
The centrepiece of the project will be a 250-bedroom Jurys Inn for Dublin-based Jurys Doyle Hotel Group. The deal also comprises 7,500m2 of offices, plus 9,000m2 of residential accommodation.
