Eight respond to EMAC work

The Highways Agency (HA) has received eight responses to its Area 2 EMAC for Devon, Somerset, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.
Bidders, which are thought to include Nuttall and Raynesway, will now have their Capability Assessment Toolkit (CAT) results reviewed. It is believed that Jarvis and Accord are rushing to get a CAT score in time to enter.
