HA to let £100m M1 project

The Highways Agency (HA) has advertised its intention to let a £100m to £120m project to improve Junction 19 of the M1 at a later date.
The scheme will be carried out under the HA's early contractor involvement contract. Junction 19 is the interchange with the M6 and A14 north east of Rugby.
Contractors will be assessed using key performance indicators and will be expected to demonstrate continuous improvement throughout the life of the contract.
