Ogilvie wins £14m Glasgow development contract

Ogilvie Construction has been appointed by developer Alba Town as the main contractor for the £14m College Heights development on the former Daly Metals site in Glasgow.

The development on Upper Bell Street will consist of three distinct buildings totalling 112 two-bedroom apartments and ground floor office accommodation.

The regeneration project, which will reform the brownfield site just east of Glasgow's High Street, is one of many throughout the city.

Phase one will start this spring, with occupancy scheduled for summer 2005.
