Gleeson wins £4m theatre renovation contract

Gleeson has won a £4m contract to work on the New Empire Theatre in Sunderland.

Removal of existing roof over stage and the construction of modern fly tower including extensions and side elevations, remodeling or orchestra pit and stage.

The 33-week contract from Sunderland City COuncil is due for completion in December 2004.
