Amey wins five-year track renewal contract

Amey has today (Monday) been awarded a five-year plan line track renewal contract for the Great Western region by Network Rail.

The contract for AmeySECO, the joint venture between Amey Rail and SECO-Rail, is worth £40m for the first year with an option for a further five-year extension.

Under the terms of the contract, AmeySECO will operate as an integrated team, providing technical and efficiency objectives in line with the standards set by Network Rail
