Laing O'Rourke wins Barnsley bus development

Laing O'Rourke is about to climb on board a £15m project to develop a transport interchange in Barnsley.
Sources say the firm's rivals - Amec, AWG, Costain and Mowlem - have all missed the bus.
The South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive scheme includes new bus and coach stands and a passenger concourse.
Also featured in the deal are a new distributor road next to the train station, a footbridge connecting train and bus
stations, and alterations to the train station.
