Three contractors are hoping to knock up a win on an £18m DIY
warehouse project in Gloucester.
The client, Hammerson Properties, has lined up HBG Western, Sir Robert McAlpine and Carillion to pitch for the deal.
The 18,000m2 super-warehouse will feature a garden centre, builders' yard, two additional retail units and a car park.
