Icopal launch FiresmartTM Roof Insulation System

FireSmartTM IRS is a lightweight concrete, fire protective system that's quick to install, low cost and provides positive roof drainage without the need for complex tapered boards. The inherent fire resistant properties of FireSmartTM IRS provides a persuasive argument for guaranteeing re-insurance and limiting possible premium rises for contractor and building owner.
FireSmart(tm) IRS consists of high performance insulation boards encapsulated within two continuous layers of lightweight fire protection insulating concrete. The completed system gives an ideal surface for fixing a waterproofing system, with the added benefit of positive roof drainage to eliminate ponding.
