DRAIN CLEARANCE AND RELATED WORKS
EXTERNAL PAINTING AND PRIOR TO PAINT REPAIRS
Applications are invited from established contractors, with at least
two years' trading experience, interested in being considered for the
following works:
DRAIN CLEARANCE AND RELATED WORKS
January 2005 - December 2006 (2 years with possible extension)
Work will consist of a 24 hour response service to clear blocked
drains throughout the year and will include some regular routine
clearance work. There may also be some consequential follow up work,
including physical and camera investigations. The majority of the

work will be issued on a Schedule of Unit Rate basis for which
tenders will be invited in August 2004.
Work for the above will mainly be carried out to Neighbourhood and
Housing Services' properties and issued on a Schedule of Unit Rates
basis. Contractors selected will be invited to tender a percentage
adjustment to the appropriate schedule. Term Tenders are expected to
be invited in August.
This Term Tender may be extended for a further period following a
review of service currently being undertaken. Applicants should note
that some work issued under the above Term tender and SoR basis may
include work to private sector properties under enforcement
procedures. Conractors selected for this list will also be placed on
a Standing List and invited to quote/tender for work in Central
Support Services.
EXTERNAL PAINTING AND PRIOR TO PAINT REPAIRS
January 2005 - December 2005 (1 year with possible extension)
Work will be mainly carried out to neighbourhood and Housing
Services' properties and issued on a Schedule of Unit Rates basis.
Contractors selected will be invited to tender a percentage
adjustment to the appropriate schedule. Term Tenders are expected to
be invited in August 2004.
This Term Tender may be extended for a further period following a
review of service currently being undertaken. Contractors selected
for this list will also be placed on a Standing List and invited to
quote/tender for larger work and for work in Central Support Services.
