Design and Build Tender Opportunity
New Build Swimming Pool,
Barton, Oxford
for Oxford City Council
Oxford City Council, in conjunction with Sport
England, are to construct a new leisure facility
in Oxford comprising a 4 lane pool, changing
village, multi-purpose function room,
administrative areas and associated parking and
landscaping.
Applications are invited from contractors with a
turnover in excess of £10 million pounds with
suitable experience who wish to be considered for
inclusion on a select list of tenderers for this
project. Initial applications must be received at
the Council Offices by  20th May 2004.
The contractors initial application must include

details of suitable equivalent experience,
references from all public and any private sector
leisure clients over the last five year period
with contact details, health and safety policy,
environmental and equal opportunities policies,
CV's of key personnel and the management team
structure.
