Wilson Bowden chosen for £60m Welsh housing development

Wrexham County Borough Council has chosen Wilson Bowden for a £60m scheme to redevelop Eagles Meadow, Wrexham.

The development, carried out by Wilson Bowden Developments, will bring 209,000 sq m of retail floor space, including a flagship department store and bowling alley, cafe bars and restaurants.

The scheme also includes about 50 apartments to be developed by Wilson Bowden City Homes.
