Equion and UK PIM launch Regenter
Equion and UK Pacific Investment Management (UK PIM) have launched
a joint venture targeting the government's social housing and
regeneration initiatives.
The jv, known as Regenter, is already preferred bidder on the
Canning Town social housing PFI scheme in Newham, London, and on
the local joint services centre project at Bentilee in Stoke on
Trent.
Andrew Charlesworth, an Equion executive, will head Regenter.
UK PIM is an investment company formed by the majority shareholders
of Pinnacle PSG to invest in social housing and key worker schemes.
Pinnacle PSG provides neighbourhood management services to local
authorities and housing associations.
