Equion and UK PIM launch Regenter

Equion and UK Pacific Investment Management (UK PIM) have launched a joint venture targeting the government's social housing and regeneration initiatives.
The jv, known as Regenter, is already preferred bidder on the Canning Town social housing PFI scheme in Newham, London, and on the local joint services centre project at Bentilee in Stoke on Trent.
Andrew Charlesworth, an Equion executive, will head Regenter.
UK PIM is an investment company formed by the majority shareholders of Pinnacle PSG to invest in social housing and key worker schemes. Pinnacle PSG provides neighbourhood management services to local authorities and housing associations.
