Ashe Construction, the £50m-a-year turnover construction group based in Hitchin, is looking for new staff in its Midlands regional office based in Rugby as a result of a surge in project wins.
Ashe managing director David Ainge said: "We are looking to recruit more senior project management staff as well as generating further work for skilled trades in the Midlands region."
The office in Rugby opened five years ago and turnover has grown to £11m. That figure is set to climb higher as a result of new projects worth a total of £7m.
These include a new building, incorporating classrooms and
gymnasium, at Ise community College, Kettering, worth £1.3m. A
new art and drama block at Kimberley Comprehensive School is valued
at over £1m. In Erdington, Ashe is converting a former office
into three-bed apartments for Raybone Developments.
