Willmott Dixon has been awarded a contract by Anchor Trust to build phase one of a £60m redevelopment in Buckinghamshire.
The work on Denham Garden Village will involve 326 mixed-tenure homes and new village centre, as well as facilities such as shops, a restaurant, a leisure suite and a village hall.
The first phase will provide 118 new homes and will be completed in May 2006, with the entire development scheduled for completion in 2009.
Willmott Dixon will combine the skills and experience of its housing and construction businesses to carry out the work.
Architect PRP and quantity surveyor Philip Pank Partnership are also part of the team delivering the regeneration.
