The first phase of one of the most accessible business parks in the country has been given the green light by Cannock Chase Council.
Morston Assets, the Norfolk-based developer, has received planning consent to develop the £10m first phase of its business park at Kingswood Lakeside, Cannock.
Work will begin in July on the construction of office accommodation comprising 12 buildings with 38 self-contained office accommodation units. The offices will be completed in spring 2005.
Stuart Bizley, project director at Morston Assets, said: ""Last year we ploughed £5m into the infrastructure works for phase one including the remediation of the land and the installation of new service mains and roads."
