Harding steps down from Mouchel Parkman

Jim Harding, former chief executive of Mouchel, will step down from the board of Mouchel Parkman with effect from 31 May.

Harding was promoted from finance director to chief executive in 1997. He took a non-executive position on the board when Mouchel and Parkman merged last year, Parkman's Richard Cuthbert replacing him as chief executive.

His strategic vision was instrumental in changing Mouchel from a traditional civil engineering partnership into the successful plc that floated in 2002."
