Henry Boot has been awarded three contracts worth £12m in the health, environmental and social housing sectors.
The first is a £7.2 contract to extend Glenfield Hospital's heart disease centre in Leicester.
The contract, awarded by the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust, involves four separate projects; extending the cardiac day care ward; building extra paediatric outpatient facilities; moving the respiratory physiological department; and construction of a new theatre.
Work is due to start next month with completion in November 2005.
North Lincolnshire County Council has also awarded Henry Boot a £3.2m deal to build a new Water's Edge Visitor Centre at Barton upon Humber. Work is due to start at the end of this month and run for 40 weeks.
And Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Coucil has chosen the company for a £1.7m 46-week contract to undertake external refurbishment work on Silverwood House multi-storey flats in Doncaster.
