SELECT LIST FOR HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE
TERM CONTRACT 2005 TO 2010
The Council is updating its select list of suitable contractors for a
term maintenance contract to start in April 2005. Contract duration
will be for an initial period of five years plus a possible five year
extension by agreement of the parties.
Firms wishing to be considered for inclusion on the select list
should register their expression of interest together with brief
details of company profile, relevant experience, and names and
addresses of two referees to:

By 13th July 2004
Following Pre Selection suitable contractors will be asked to
complete a detailed questionnaire. A select list of contractors will
be created from the information provided by the questionnaire and
other submissions.
Successful contractors will be notified in writing of their inclusion
on the select list.

guarantee of being invited to tender.
