KPIs prove Rethinking Construction works

Projects engaged with the Rethinking Construction agenda are more than twice as safe, deliver greater satisfaction to employees and clients, and have higher productivity than the industry average, according to the latest key performance indicators from Constructing Excellence (CE).

CE chief executive Dennis Lenard said: "It is noteworthy that the Demonstrating Excellence programme continues to outperform the general construction industry.
