Carillion restructures to make a business services division

Carillion has reshaped its internal structures to form Carillion Business Services. The division is a combination of five previous elements within the group: Carillion Building; Carillion Services; TPS Consult; TPS Schal; and Schal.
Managing director Don Kenny, who heads up the new division, said: "Carillion Business Services will develop our client base by introducing the full breadth and depth of our total offering, spanning consultancy, building and services capability."
Each key client will be allocated a dedicated account manager. Sectors involved are retail, defence/secure, residential and commercial developers, and urban regeneration.
