Emcor Drake & Scull and Willmott Dixon to work on £10m Manchester Education Framework

Emcor Drake & Scull has been appointed by Willmott Dixon as its 'partner of choice' to provide high quality education facilities in Manchester.

The three-to-five-year contract - Manchester Education Framework - worth £10m will see Emcor provide mechanical and electrical (M&E) services to new build and refurbished educational facilities around the city centre.

Working alongside Manchester City Council, Emcor, Willmott Dixon and Robinson Design Group will form part of the core team with other stakeholders to work with the council in developing a 'Best Value' approach to the design and construction of future education projects.

The projects that have been identified so far are: Chorlton Park Nursery worth £70,000, 2FE Primary School and FE Primary School, worth more than £600,000 each.
