BRE and CABE website to help assess whole life values

The Building Research Establishment (BRE) and Commision of Architecture and the Built Environment (BRE) has joined forces to produce Budgeting for Sustainability.

The new website will provide comprehensive information on assessing whole life values for public-sector funding and procurement decisions.

It will also help public-sector clients, their advisers and contractors to develop a whole-life-value approach to public procurement.
